Biography for Dr. Ali Safiedine

Dr. Ali M. Safiedine was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan. A graduate of Crestwood High school, he earned his Associates degree from Henry Ford Community College, before completing his Bachelor’s degree, where he also excelled on the Wayne State University football team. He received his Medical Degree from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Miami, Florida. Dr. Safiedine completed his residency, a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Podopediatrics at Cedars Medical Center in Miami Florida. During his fellowship he had the privilege to work with many sports teams including: Miami Heat, Miami Hurricanes, and Barry University athletes.

In addition to Podiatric medicine, Dr. Safiedine received training in anesthesiology, rheumatology, radiology, dermatology, neurology, and orthopedics, as well as becoming certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Dr. Safiedine is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, American Academy Podiatric Practice Management and the Arab Chamber of Commerce.
